Please allow 24 hours for all repeat prescriptions to be processed. You can contact us by phone or email to request a repeat prescription. This ensures the medication will be in stock and be ready for you to pick up.
Your animal receives prescription medicine and we are legally required to re-examine your animal periodically (every 6 months) in order to continue to supply you with the prescription medicine.
This policy is based on best and safe practice for the patient in our care.
Please be aware there are reasons why the Veterinarian may request to see your pet before issuing a repeat prescription. This is for the benefit of the patient to ensure they are receiving the most appropriate treatment with the best outcome and the minimum of side effects or interactions with other medications.
